Can you see yourself relaxing in a condo just steps away from the beach! Located in Corpus Christi, this adorable condo is a dream. With 1 bedroom featuring a king bed, crib, and twin bed, and a blowup queen bed. Guests will find comfort and convenience. The bathroom offers a hair dryer and shower to die for! Giving you a soothing experience. Amazing water pressure, with color changing water. Big walk-in. In addition, there is a cozy living room with flat screen tv and extremely comfortable couch and love seat. An extra twin bed for added flexibility as well as a queen blow up . A terrific choice for a getaway, this property is a great place to call homebase while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay. We are on the bottom floor, saving you the hassle of toting all your stuff up 3 flights of STAIRS. With assigned parking,so you always have a reserved space. No smoking condo. Pets are welcome if I am made aware and deposit paid. Weight limit is 30 lbs, unless approved. You can walk to water in less than 5 min. Pets allowed on beach if leashed. Alot of great places to eat. Lots of entertainment on the island and nearby towns. I stock the condo with just about everything you need, so you don't have to worry about what to bring..... YOURSELF. If any questions,
please please do ask!! I'll keep you posted on extra events going on during your stay, along with helpful hints to make our stay even more pleasant.
Shopping near by as well, as well as doc offices, hair dressers, everything you need all within 3 miles. National sea shore is also down the road, amazing beach. I will have 2 lawn chairs, rake, cooler for your use. Rake may come in very handy to clean your area free of seaweed, trash that washes up. Will also provide beach towels apart from the towels that stay in condo. Will have shampoo, conditioner, lotion provided as well. The little condo was awesome clean and comfortable. It was like being at home. Terrie is wonderful host and goes out of her way to make you feel special, it was the wife's birthday, and she had left some special treats in the frig for her on her special day.We plan on making this a regular place to do the beach trips in the future. The Beach Condo was super close to the ocean and only about a 5 minute walk to the sand. The place itself was perfect for a getaway trip to the coast for a couple. It was well decorated, clean and our small dog was also very welcomed. It's on the bottom floor with easy access to unload your belongings from your vehicle. You also had the big inground pool and hot tub only steps away.Terrie was an outstanding host and supplied everything we needed. She replied back to text or calls right away and was very polite.Whenever I head back down to the coast in Corpus Christi this is the place that I'm going to stay at. I'm not looking any further for a different place. Thanks very much Terrie for hosting the perfect place for a trip to the coast.

Amazing Beach Condo

We had fabulous stay, the condo was exactly what my spouse and I needed for our weekend trip. Terrie was a gracious host and she provided all necessary amenities with a few extras. We hope we are able to stay at her place again in the near future.

Perfect little condo

We had an amazing stay at this charming condo! The location is ideal—just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and a small grocery store. The condo itself is cozy and perfect for a couples' retreat or small family. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner, Terrie, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She even surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift!We especially loved how close we were to the beach and had a fantastic time dining at our new favorite spot, Captain's Diner, just minutes away.We can't wait to return! Highly recommend this lovely place!
