Bay Tree B7/8! This tastefully 2br/2ba split level condo with two balconies offers a washer and dryer! This condo is located on the second floor with no elevators access. The bedrooms are located upstairs by accessing the spiral staircase. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony! It is first come, first serve.
