Coron Westown Resort offers a pleasant stay—clean hotel, nice facilities, and very friendly staff. The bar food was decent, though the breakfast didn’t quite match the price. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement in the dinning option.

Cleaning issues

Enjoyed our time at the hotel, however there were a few things that let it down. The first was when we got there they said that the twin rooms wasn't available, however i upgraded 2 rooms over a week prior to going out and the money was deducted from my account and also showing on my receipt in hotels.com. Managed to get it sorted but it wasn't a great start. The hotels have lovely pools but nobody hardly pics up the used glasses. There were two big water bottles left by the pool for over 2 days before someone removed them. My friend slipped getting out of the pool one afternoon and she was very lucky that the glass she nearly landed on was plastic. They didn't seem to know what we had paid for so we had to have more conversations to let them know that they took money from us on the first day. We had our room cleaned every day but the cleaners never washed the glasses or cleared the balcony table, so we had to do this ourselves.

The Filipino food from the a la carte menu was excellent. The taste was always on point and delicious. Compliments to the chef! The staff also went above and beyond what we were expecting, always helpful.

The property is not within Coron Town proper. There is not anything around the resort, which was not a problem for me. I enjoyed the property, staff, pool, restaurant
