We stayed for 12 whole days. We loved it. The pool is great. Our room was great. Only recommendations are: 2 towels for women in the room instead of charging, put a fridge in room. But other than that, mum and I really enjoyed our time. Also get rid of the roosters that crow at 4am. Not ideal.

We had a trail of ants coming from the AC. Don’t leave food out on the tables. We arrived before check in time, but we were able to eat at the restaurant and go to the pool. They did upgrade us to a family room with 2 bathrooms which was nice. Easy to take a tuk tuk to the town, there are a bunch waiting outside. I recommend renting fins at the dock and haggle for your own snorkel set in the town.

This property is one of the best in the area. The rooms are very spacious. We enjoyed the beautiful pool. The restaurant has delicious Filipino cuisine. The hotel provides popular group excursions for a few. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

everything was ok except for the fact that they didn’t have our room available and had to be given a different room on the first night. it’s a hassle having to switch rooms because you’ll have to move again and can’t really get settled right away. also, you’ll need a tricycle ride every time you want to go to town but think this is a nicer hotel than those in town plus it’s more quiet.

Service was terrible from day one. I paid extra for a room with a double bed because I was traveling with a partner and when I arrived I was given a room with two twin beds. I asked why and the hotel staff informed me that we would change to the room I requested the following day which we did so I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Fast forward to the second week of our stay. We had issues with the key to the door not working, no water pressure on and off for days so we could not take showers, staff didn’t clean our room for 3 days, and they charged us for every little thing they could. We had to pay to use towels at the pool, we had to pay for the shuttle from and to the airport which they never told us until the day before we were scheduled to leave, we had to pay environmental fees at the airport and the ports when we traveled to other islands and even when we did the tours that we already paid for. This was a big inconvenience because we had to keep going to the city to get money and we had to pay to travel each time back and forth. I would not recommend this hotel because they charged us for every step we took and didn’t inform us up front about any of the costs.

Great property. Food was good and ok price. A bit far from coron town but there is always transportation available. Staff was professional and kind. If your looking to relax and quite time, this is the place. Accommodation was well priced. Would come back and recommend this place.

Place is fantastic friendly staff good foods great tour bookings airport shuttle hot water. The only thing is the swimming pool. I stayed two years ago and the pool had the same problem then. One of the pool lights is placed on the steps of the pool with electric wires only wrapped in electrical wire. I don't understand why they wouldn't fix the light. The property is building many new rooms. Why wouldn't you fix what's broken before building something new.
