Walking/biking distance to the Currituck lighthouse park and historical town w a great roadside BBQ!can also walk to community tennis courts, fitness center and community pool. Will definitely rent again!

The house was in a great location. Fairly clean - other than a multitude of spiders and cobwebs in the ping pong room and porch areas. Disappointed that the community pool was closed for our stay - we had a large party and the pool at the house is a bit small to accommodate. Also, the Wi-Fi was not reliable. It cut in and out constantly. Someone also showed up to clean the pool or do some type of maintenance without any notification, then they left the hose on and left and the pool overflowed. Kitchen is well stocked and enjoyed the bumper pool table.

The house is well stocked and in excellent condition. All of our questions and concerns were immediately addressed. I hope we can return sometime in the future.

The house was very clean, had all amenities we needed (especially for our Thanksgiving meal), there were even night lights throughout the house, and there was ample space for the whole family. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we received a very nice welcome package upon arrival.

I tried to pay for early arrival but was told no. Also our house was done and inspected by 2 but was still not able to get in until 4 even with call to office. The ring camera on upstairs deck was creepy, didn’t know if it had a microphone. Loved distance to the beach. Liked the neighborhood. House was clean and lots of room. Pet friendly which was good for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family of 6 adults and 4 small children (and 2 dogs) enjoyed our stay at Paws and Keep Calm. The interior was freshly painted and clean. The house was an easy walk across a parking lot to beach access. The kitchen refrigerator did not dispense water or ice. The ping pong table is exposed to the weather and could use an update. The game room is not really much of a game room with just a TV and small bumper pool table.

Short walk to the beach with a community pool and snack bar. There just a few minor things that needed repair.A couple of the screens were difficult to open, the faucet in the kitchen sink needs repair, the lower level bathroom had some mold in the grout. I feel like these are simple fixes and would not keep me from not returning. We have already reserved the house for next summer. Overall, we had a wonderful experience

I was not impressed with Beach Realty, we arrived a little early and we asked if we could have parking passes to park in the parking lot so we could go to the beach and they refused whereas in other years we stayed in the same cul-de-sac and were able to get parking passes for the day from other realty companies. The man that was working was a complete ****** bag and was extremely rude, Makes my family never want to deal with each beach realty again. Other than that our stay was great!

My only complaint were the bed heights. I am normal height female 5’5” and you almost need a step to get into bed. But other than that a great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely remodeled, but kitchen has not been updated. Lack of pantry/food storage in kitchen was a big issue. Beds are very comfortable and we especially loved the huge, beautiful master shower! Nice heated pool! But the hot tub was not in good condition even though it functioned well. Loved the location with easy beach and 4x4 access! Home was not as clean as we had hoped. Ceiling fans were covered in thick dust and had spider webs attached. When we requested service, maintenance personal was very quick to respond! Overall home was very nice.
