Designed with entertaining in mind, the well outfitted living areas provide many options for gathering or solitude. The views from both upper levels of this home are the icing on the cake. Solstice by the Sea will make your memories of the long days of summer last through to the winter solstice when you will begin to plan your next visit to Solstice by the Sea.

Come enjoy fresh clean spaces and all of these updates:
New furniture including dining room chairs, patio and pool furniture, coffee/tea bar with an espresso maker, new theater room furniture and remodel and new pool table.
