Located on a large plot of 1,800 m², you will appreciate its calm and its various places, notably the terrace with its swimming pool (unheated) of 8 m x 4 m with an inclined depth of approximately 1.5 m.

All the equipment is present so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces (traditional barbecue, garden furniture, tables, chairs, etc.).

The house consists of:

• On the ground floor (practically all rooms open onto the terrace with the swimming pool):

- 1 master suite with 1 160 cm bed with bathroom,

• On the first floor:

- 1 bathroom with WC,
- 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed with terrace access,
- 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has:

- a hob and a hood,

- a dishwasher,
- a filter coffee maker,
- a DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker,
- a SENSEO coffee maker,
- a refrigerator,
- two fondue sets,
- two raclette machines,
- all kitchen utensils and cooking and serving containers.

The house has a laundry room with:

- a dryer.

A set of sheets and towels is provided per person for the stay.

A large garage accommodates a ping-pong table.

The outdoor parking lot can accommodate up to 3 cars.

The house is non-smoking (it is possible to smoke outside).

A small pet can be accepted. Be careful though, the land is not fenced.
