- Très bon emplacement proche des plages et des commerces et restaurants.- Cet appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé avec un jardinet très agréable, comme indiqué sur le site Internet.- Cependant, présenté comme un rez de chaussée, il s'agit en fait de la base d'un immeuble et il n'est accessible qu'en descendant une quinzaine de marches, ce qui le place au-dessous du niveau du sol environnant. Il n'est donc éclairé que par deux portes-fenêtres sur l'avant, le reste demeurant sombre et nécessitant l'éclairage électrique.- Malgré la présence d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge (que je n'ai pas testés), l'équipement général est très sommaire.particulièrement en ce qui concerne la cuisine.
