Very accommodating & helpful host/owner. Just be aware if you don’t book in advance, and thus need to do a self-check-in, you will need to get the keys from a public locker shop about 2 blocks away. But if you arrange your check-in ahead of time, and hey can meet you at the property. The room was very clean, modern, & the beds were very comfortable! I do recommend this place when staying in Como.

Marcello's Place is on a great street with a very nice, clean and modern room. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and our visit in Como. There is coffee and tea in the room for you as well as a small refrigerator. We had a car and figured out to park just past the key pick up (blue lines only- not yellow lines). All this information will be provided to you ahead of time. However, I also recommend that ahead of your stay, just make sure you know the address for the key pick up (which is around the corner from the property) and the code to pick it up. Keep all this information handy, as there are a few steps to take between getting the key, registering with the city agent and getting to the room and opening the door. A video for arrival is provided, which is also helpful. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and the owners were very nice.
