The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?

Notre vol ayant Ă©tĂ© retardĂ©, nous avons bien Ă©videmment prĂ©venu l’établissement, qui nous a indiquĂ© qu’il n’y aurait aucun problĂšme puisque les clĂ©s pouvaient ĂȘtre rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ©es via un code dans une boĂźte. Malheureusement, nous n’avions pas prĂȘtĂ© attention Ă  l’heure de dĂ©part fixĂ©e Ă  10h, pensant, comme dans la plupart des Ă©tablissements, qu’elle Ă©tait Ă  midi. Vers 11h30, la personne chargĂ©e du mĂ©nage a frappĂ© Ă  notre porte pour nous informer que le dĂ©part devait se faire Ă  10h. Je lui ai prĂ©sentĂ© mes excuses et prĂ©cisĂ© que nous allions quitter les lieux dans les cinq minutes. Elle m’a alors rĂ©pondu trĂšs poliment de prendre notre temps puisque l’hĂ©bergement n’était pas relouĂ© le lendemain. Quelques minutes plus tard, un responsable m’a toutefois appelĂ© d’un ton sec, en me disant que « ce n’était pas une auberge espagnole », que je devais partir immĂ©diatement et que j’étais censĂ© connaĂźtre l’heure de dĂ©part puisque j’avais pris soin d’annoncer notre arrivĂ©e tardive. J’estime que le ton employĂ© n’était ni acceptable ni professionnel, ce qui a malheureusement gĂąchĂ© notre expĂ©rience. Un peu plus de souplesse et de dialogue amĂ©liorerait vraiment l’accueil.

Appartement pris ces derniers jours

Il était une fois un tenancier sympa, qui raisonnablement donne satisfaction sur tout point de vue. Il en de la responsabilité du résident d'appliquer le minimum syndical. Au niveau de juste lui demander s'il a un torchon de serviette sous le coude. Afin d'essuyer sa propre vaisselle. Au niveau des prestations d'un appartement satisfaisant, avec des ustensiles de cuisines à la hauteur, une literie convenable, des sanitaires propres. Je n'ai pas pris de photos, cela correspond totalement à mes attentes.

Nossa estadia em Combloux foi formidåvel, estivemos num quarto com excelente estrutura, camas confortåveis, cozinha bem equipada, bom quarto e bem aquecido. Somente duas coisas poderiam ter deixado a estadia ainda mais perfeita: uma cortina de banho evitando assim que molhemos o banheiro todo como foi, e um pano de prato pra nos ajudar na organização da cozinha quando cozinhamos.

Réservation tardive via le site mais cela ne pose pas de problÚme sur cet appart'hÎtel car un systÚme de coffres permet de récupérer sa clef sans accueil aprÚs 19h. Chambre avec 3 lits enfants (c'est rare !) au dernier étage et une vue magnifique sur la vallée au petit matin.
