Water

The water was shut off upon our arrival. Water was functional the day of our departure but there was no hot water. Cold showers are not a good way to start the day, especially when facing a 7 hour drive home. No problems otherwise.

My room shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. I had to change rooms. Toilet ran and backed up. The property needs some maintenance and a good cleaning. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and apologetic.

The caulking in the shower was molded. One of the back couch pillows was completely torn and the inside was hanging out. Taking the stairs this morning there was trash in the stairwell. I always stay at Hampton Inns and this one was by far the worse.

They could accommodate a room for our family when we arrived due to a supposed broken fire alarm. They had no more rooms for us to stay. So after leaving we tried several other places and they also were booked solid. I have three children in involved in a sporting invent and being more than three hours away from home was not an option. We had to sleep in our car. I am extremely upset by and I will never book with this hotel again. It is just sad that they did even try to say maybe we can help find a place for you. They just we will cancel you stay which if your saying I can’t stay there to begin with I shouldn’t even be charged period end of story. If anything I should been a complimentary gift or something but hey that is just me and the difference in good customer service.
