Breakfast was $11.99 per person dining room was as cold as outside, and food wasn't worth the price. Left room clean and was charged a pet fee but I didn't have a pet in room, when I called to ask about it, they have no idea how that happened.

Definitely an average budget hotel. The room was clean, there were enough towels, the bed was comfortable enough, but the overall atmosphere screamed "basic budget hotel". The hallways smelled like cleaning chemicals, the pool smelled heavily of chlorine (you could smell it from the hall), the breakfast buffet had a very limited selection with almost no fruit, etc. I got the "Cyber Monday sale price" for the room ($45/night+tax). I don't think the place is worth more than that price...

I booked the room, and when I got to the hotel, minutes later, they told me that they don’t allow local driver’s licenses at the hotel. The said that they had made the rule that morning. I was sold a product (room) that doesn’t exist for me.

Very nice!! The lady working the counter accidentally transposed my room # and I couldn't open door oops someone was already in that room. Went back to counter and super accommodating, it was an honest mistake and not a problem. I was in service industry for 25 years, mistakes happen!!
