I had difficulty getting in when i arrived. It took multiple texts and phone calls before i was able to get in. The bathroom was difficult to maneuver. The sink has little close to the wall.It could use a deep clean not just a surface clean. Also a 3 way light bulb in the living room would helpI enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants.

Wonderful for family traveling out of state

We reserved the apartment for my grandparents traveling from Florida to stay within 15 minutes of our wedding venue & wow - they loved it! Very clean, one story with no stairs, & plenty of kitchen items for my grandma to cook. So quiet for them to rest & the location is perfect in downtown Westerville. 10000/10 recommend!

Great location, reasonably priced, during our stay it was very cold, the VRBO has a great heater yet very drafty due to portable/window ACs and front door needing more installation, smoke alarm sounded whenever using it, contacted host.
