Check in attendant very friendly. Indoor pool closed… disappointing, need to update that in your app. Exercise room had no tarps or cleaner. The four as you entered the hotel would not shut all the way, so the entire lobby was very cold. This included the breakfast area being very cold. Room was nice, bed was comfy. The room was clean, stocked and ready to go. Staff were kind and supportive. Our favorite part was Saturday when we went down to eat breakfast and we're greeted and helped by 2 employees with disabilities. They were the most precious men that did a great job of keeping the lobby swept and tidy.
