The hotel is a well maintained ancient/historic building. The area is centre ville old Colmar-so you are where you want to be immediately when leaving the hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable with a view of the old towne.

Staff was excellent & hotel located in the center of everything. The antique decor of this hotel is part of the charm, but it could use a little sprucing up. The hotel seemed clean overall, but my shower stall had black mold at the bottom in the tile grout & on the bottom of the shower door. Also, WiFi is a HUGE issue. It doesn’t work in the room all the time & when it does it doesn’t last for long. I had to sit in the lobby to do anything online where I was given a different WiFi connection & password to use. In this day & age, WiFi should be working without issue.

Nice Hotel, Well Worth It

Quality for the price was exceptional. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was definitely worth the price. The size of the room was fine if not spacious, bed comfortable, and shower great. And we thank the staff for their helpfulness.

Town Central

Room was clean and adequate, but not worth the price. Bathroom ok but nothing fancy, soap is dispensed from pump action bottle, these are becoming very common now in low budget hotels, no more individual soap , shampoo etc. Location is excellent right in the middle of the old town. Breakfast is a joke, even by European standards, dont waste your money, walk down the street and grab something decent for about half the price.

The hotel’s location was great as it was in the heart of the town, making access to shopping and dining very convenient. The town itself is beautiful. The hotel itself is also very nice, but the room was quite small. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, in the center of town. The room is spacious compared to other hotels we stayed in France. The air conditioner is a portal air conditioner added later.

Great location, but terrible room, no elevator

Hotel location was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However our Superior Room was terrible compared to some of the others. They get away with this by saying that all the rooms are unique. Do not let them give you room 11! Bleach stained old carpet. Barely any windows - they were high up, view of a wall. Slanted walls, felt very claustrophobic. Huge heavy cobweb in the top corner of the bathroom plus a black hair stuck to the wall. Towel warmer was dirty. Main bed was a queen size and was comfortable - the only thing that saved us. The spare bed was an old futon with a pretty rough cover over it. Wifi did not work. Room 3rd floor, no elevator access.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of town with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Reception was really helpful, even providing a plug adapter for my charger. No parking at the property but reception recommended a secure car park 5 minutes walk away and only €3 for 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again
