Very easy to check in, the check in time is 3pm, which is nice that it’s a little earlier than 4pm at a lot of other places! But even better, check out time isn’t until 12! Which is very nice for a family not having too rush a5year old out of a hotel at 9-10am. We were able to sleep in, eat breakfast, and take our time. The only detractor was that the walls were slightly thinner, in that I could hear the neighbors screaming at one point, but otherwise it was a quiet, clean, hotel!

Room was dirty. There was something large and white drips dried on the FRONT of the nightstand and the housekeepers could care less about your stay. The walls had dried pieces of things that looked like it came out of someone’s nose. It is clearly a family business that is trying to make a buck. on the last day of our stay, which was thanksgiving, there was no breakfast. I have two small children that was depending on breakfast as usual in the morning. for over $1500 for 4 days, i was a very unhappy camper.

1. They did not have house keeping on the weekends so the whole stay the trash was never taken out, sheets changed, or anything. We had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper and towels for the bathroom. 2. There was a leak at the bottom of the shower that left the bathroom floor constantly wet. 3. We were told breakfast was provided from 6:30-9am. I usually sleep through that anyways but on Sunday I was up early to leave for the airport. As I was heading down at 7:15 there was no breakfast out and it seemed like some other guests were waiting on breakfast as well. Overall not a good experience, will not be going back to this brand or ownership of hotel again.
