I have stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it, which is why I decided to book it again. However, this time my experience was very disappointing. There was mold on the ceiling, blood stains on the bed sheets, and the carpet was dirty. The sofa had not been cleaned, and there were many tears and messes throughout the room. Even the elevators smelled very bad. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be booking here again

The room needs new carpeting, and the bathroom floor tiles were loose. Cleaning of the furniture, floors, refrigerator, and microwave was very poor. Breakfast was the same every day and needs improvement. I booked an accessible room expecting a walk-in shower but found a bathtub instead. When I asked about it, the staff member explained that I had selected an accessible room; I may have confused a regular room with an accessible one. Despite these issues, the staff were very cooperative and courteous.
