Nice property and great communication with owner

We were in College Station for a softball tournament so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but enjoyed the property. It’s tucked away from others and quiet. It had everything we needed to make breakfast and prepare for long days. House was clean and inviting. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Really nice😀

I would like to mention that the yard isn’t fenced in…yes it has a line of chain link fence, but it not enclosed in any way. It was wonderful and we loved it. Please remind folks to bag dog poop, as there were a few piles we stepped in. Will definitely stay again.

Peaceful Retreat

Kathy was amazing to deal with. She was quick to respond from the very beginning to the end. The home was charming and the property was beautiful. This cute, stylish home was a very peaceful place, within minutes from everything. We enjoyed grilling on the BBQ pit; this was a plus accommodation. The fire pit was a nice feature as well.
