Come enjoy this beautiful modern bungalow located right underneath Kyle Field. We are conveniently located less than a mile from Kyle Field, Olsen Field, and Reed Arena! Despite being in the heart of Aggieland, the neighborhood is very quiet and homey.

We have a full kitchen, and a top of the line coffee maker for our guests. Our living room is equipped with a smart tv to catch up on your latest binge watches. Samsung sound bar as well in case you’re in the mood to listen to your favorite album on repeat. The bedroom has a cozy top of the line tempurpedic mattress - which is perfect for resting after travel!

Guests have full access to the whole entire house. Full access to the backyard as well. The backyard is a shared common space with corn hole and outdoor seating.

We are always available to our guests. The hospitality industry never sleeps. Our number one goal during your stay is to provide you the BEST home away from home. Anytime you need anything or have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

When preparing this house we have prepared everything to make our home the best home away from home for you. We have equipped the house with coffee for your sleepy mornings. For entertainment, we have great WiFi along with a smart TV to catch up on your latest binge watches. We understand how tiring traveling is, so we have a top of the line Tempur-Pedic Queen mattress for our guests to rest after a long day.

We are conveniently the closest airbnb to Kyle Field! Along with being close to everything on campus, we are located close to some great eateries as well.

Place was hard to find and VERY dark. Located back in a dark lot. When we finally found it there were empty beer cans scattered in front and the place was very run down. No lighting anywhere in the area. Felt very unsafe. Then realized the owner had not sent check in instructions. I contacted the owner and by the time he sent instructions we had left feeling too unsafe to stay. I expressed this to the owner and asked for a refund and he did not respond.

Perfect for game day weekend

The bungalow was all that you need for game day weekend. Though small, it was fully furnished and walking distance to campus, Kyle Field and Northgate.

This is a great little property close to Kyle field. My son and I stayed here while he transitioned to Texas A&M. It’s close to everything and a good bargain.

Nice property. Had everything we needed. Very local to everything. Will definitely keep in mind if we are back in Texas! Also glad they had two AC units (one in the bedroom one in the livingroom). Keep the temperature cool inside while it was blazing outside!

Beware- no A/C in blue bungalow

First of all- place is super convenient. Cute decor. BUT- the bedroom had no A/C. It was HOT. Texas in July. A/C unit was only in living room and does not travel to bedroom. We called immediately upon arrival. They gave us an 8x9in cooler. There was also a very small fan. THIS WAS NOT SUFFICIENT. We were so uncomfortable. Apparently this is the only bungalow on the property without a window unit for the bedroom. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY ARE MORE CONSIDERATE OF THEIR GUESTS SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS. Driving home now and cannot wait to lay in our A/C bedroom and get some sleep as we didn’t last night…

Perfect location! Property just as described. Only recommendations to make this adorable cottage even more adorable, add AC unit in bedroom or larger floor fan to circulate air. Add a mirror in bedroom on wall across from bed for make up/hair prep for us ladies :) thanks for great communication during our stay and checking in on us!!!
