The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the surrounding area seems unsavory and not safe. The hotel does have a very responsive and courteous security person. The hotel employees do whatever they can to make your stay safe and comfortable.

This hotel provides a quiet and comfortable environment for staying with large sized rooms with a refrigerator, and very helpful front-end staff and daily cleaning service at a reasonable price. The hotel can improve by including microwave inside the rooms as most 3 star hotels do. Their is one microwave on the ground-floor for all the guests to use, and having a nonslip bathtub mat.
