This is a quaint local motel. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was homemade on site and delicious. We stayed two nights while exploring the Western Kansas Scenic byway. If you find yourself in Oakley, stay here!

Toilet was really dirty and with flies. Tiles were loose in the ceiling of bathroom and grid were rusty. Tub looked very worn. When you first entered the room it looked very good. Outside entrance. No elevator. Everything else was fine. Mattress was soft.

We always make this our go-to stop on our way to Colorado from the KC area. The facility is older but clean and quiet. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. We have dogs and it isn't always easy to find a place that will allow them to stay with you. We would recommend this place and we will continue to stay here.
