Enter this lovely, spacious townhouse on the ground floor to the open plan living space with lounge, dining and kitchen. Settle into the comfortable lounges to watch the flat-screen TV in air-conditioned comfort. The space features an 8-seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and full size fridge/freezer.

The lounge area leads outdoors to the private, paved courtyard, which is set up with a BBQ and outdoor dining set with a sun umbrella that you can set up if you need some shade. And when you really want to cool off, the lagoon-style complex pool is waiting for you!
