The backyard is a tropical paradise featuring a 30,000-gallon HEATED pool (as of 1/15/26) surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs and 4 loungers, ideal for soaking up the Florida sun. Relax in the 6-person hot tub while enjoying breathtaking views of the canal.



Gather under the poolside gazebo in comfortable chairs, share stores, and watch the warm glow from the gas fire pit. The barbecue grill is close by and sets the scene for relaxing evenings at home. For waterfront relaxation, a crushed coquina beach area with chairs offers the perfect spot to unwind. The dock provides direct access to the canal, making it easy to launch kayaks or paddle boards to explore nearby.
