We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the bed. The majority of our beds are new memory foam mattresses which can be a bit less firm than some of the older coil mattresses. We understand that everyone has a different preference for their mattress (what works for some does not work for others) so we try to buy a mattress that we fell the majority of our guests would prefer
