Don't stay here-
Lock box at top of door-if you are under 5 feet 6 inches tall you won't be able to reach it-difficult to check in
Now for the bad stuff-
property deteriorating. Needs outdoor maintenance on unit.
Inside-not clean. ring in toilet among many other things-dust, dirt in corners
Now for the worst-
Opened a closet and the walls were filled with mold-it was black but not sure black mold. Told owner-owner suggested I washed down the mold with bleach. I said no. Then owner said a cleaning person would come with bleach-I said a mold specialist needed to be sent. Owner said to tape around the door to but to make sure the paint would not come off when tape was removed-seriously? But I used painter tape. Owner offered to move us to a second floor unit-I have mobility issues and cannot manage stairs-there is no elevator in this property.
I would have left but, needing a pet friendly rental, I could not find anything available.
When checking out still could access drop box. Left key in unit
