Book your dream vacation today! Only 200 steps to the beach and 4 blocks from the main street of Cocoa Beach.

This is a 1 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home and has a swimming pool, nice fenced in yard. We use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels. The pool is not heated however the spa (hot tub)is operable with a remote. It does not operate between the hours of 11pm and 6am for quiet hours. We are dog friendly with a non-refundable $150 fee, breed restrictions, a 2-pet maximum, and a 25 lb. weight limit apply
