Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, accompagnés de notre chat, et tout a été parfait ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée, avec même quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire après nos journées bien remplies. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualité. Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Pas le niveau de service d’un quatre étoiles

Pas d’aide de la réception lorsque nous arrivons et que le contact permettant l’allumage de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très pauvre à 9h30, nous n’y sommes plus retournés. L’aspirateur n’a pas été passé tous les jours dans la chambre et les poubelles n’ont pas été vidées une fois sur deux, ni les tables de nuit nettoyées: nous avons gardé notre tache de café 3 jours. Enfin, lors du checkout, on me dit que je ne dois rien: vous êtes sûre? Oui, tout a fait . 15mn après on m’appelle dans la voiture pour me faire payer les taxes de séjour et le parking. Pas au niveau d’un quatre étoiles.

L'hotel très confortable, mais sur le site internet, il n'était pas bien mentionné que le spa n'était pas compris avec le forfait de l'hotel Les sommelières étaient très agréables et serviables, mais ne servait pas les boissons au bon moment, soit les apéritifs avant le repas et le vin en mangeant, car nous recevions les apéritifs pendant les plats et le vin à la fin du repas..

Impossible de dormir : insonorisation inexistante, chambre au 1er étage, au dessus du restaurant et des cuisines = bruits de chaises et hurlements d'enfant jusqu'à minuit ; réveillés à 4h30 par l'équipe du matin... Ne mettez pas a disposition les chambres au dessus des pièces de vie, c'est scandaleux. L'hôtel correspond plutôt a un 3 étoiles mais pas a un 4 étoiles. Couverture de notre enfant tachée, odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner non approvisionné... Nous étions de passage avant un trajet de 8hre en voiture, absolument pas reposant au contraire

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived. Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them. Staff was nice and we felt welcomed. Some amenities are not added to the room and instead we have to ask them. I was expecting more when I made the booking.

Clearly this property didn't require proof of payment as they charged my credit card almost $900 for someone to stay there after booking online with someone else's number. In the US they require confirmation of the card on record to check in which clearly they did not have.
