"Polite friendly welcoming helpful staff, who appeared and responded at any time of the day. The hotel is ideally located in the Medina of Sousse, 10mins walk to swim in the gorgeous sea and many eateries for different budgets/palates. They accommodated us despite our arrival earlier than usual check-in time. Good breakfast hours encompassing early and late risers, with a variety - special mention of their fresh squeezed mint lemonade, freshly made condiments including pine tree honey/jam, and second portions. Fine dining from 7pm available in the hotel’s restaurant. Appreciated the artistry of their boutique style including having a library/reading room and small ‘hot tub sized’ pool on the roof terrace. Of note however is that the hotel rooms have individual unique designs, features of which may not suit certain travellers to share, e.g. a parent and adult child in a room where the toilet/shower has no screen or door, limited space for travellers with large suitcases, as well as the tall bed warranting stairs and the sitting area in an open loft only accessible by ladder. The shower and bidet heads in the room we stayed could benefit from descaling as part of cleaning/maintenance, and access as discussed was possibly the reason for our sitting area being dusty. Mobile network was not great within the hotel, and their WiFi speed/access varied and tended to drop or be lost when in our room. Overall, wonderful stay experience with special thanks to the female staff :)"
