City Noise- Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, vehicular traffic, and sporadic sirens. The property is much quieter with the windows closed.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Stairs and elevator access.

This property comes with 1 designated carparking space. For additional cars, please use Colombo Street, Salisbury Street and other surrounding streets to park your vehicle.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Great location and has its own car park. However the blind in the bedroom is not good enough to block the lights from the outside during the night. Also a bit noisy at nighttime due to poor sound proof. The kettle is not functioning properly needs to be replaced.
