Really lovely and friendly staff. We had a two bedroom downstairs unit, it was quite small. The room was very clean and tidy however it is quite noisy from the road. Even with the windows closed it still sounded like they were open. There is a racing bar across the road so had some noise from the patrons but not for long. Looks like it is being refurbished as there are some new units. The street front is very tired, overgrown grass out the front and nothing to make it look warm and inviting. The pictures of the grassy areas on here must be from the back of the new units as there’s certainly nothing like that that we saw in the common areas. Hopefully the street front will be upgraded and windows replaced with double glazing on all units to lower the road noise. Wouldn’t stay here again but I did have a pleasant stay

We were stay three nights. First two days we didn't ask to clean our room or tidy our beds.Third day we went out when we got back cleaner came to clean our room, but didn't tidy our beds and didn't top up any tea for us. Parking is good and convenient.

We arrived later than check in timing which was not an issue. We were given a passcode to open their key box. This must be arranged prior to check in if you do plan to arrive later than 8pm on weekends. Our 2 bedrooms apartment is on 1st floor, not ground. This is a bit challenging for luggage handling. We are colleagues, a lady and a young lad, sharing 2 bedrooms apartment. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock so it might be a concern to some guests! Do note that the air-conditioning is only avail in the living room, not the bedrooms.
