Very clean, great location for sightseeing. Tram route, Quake City, Memorial Wall and Botanical gardens all within easy walking distance, to name but a few. Friendly and helpful staff, although some minor communication issues. Good breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast and a choice of Bacon and eggs or eggs Benedict, plus juice, teas and coffees. Easy parking too.

Bed not overly comfortable, pillows were flat, room was small and the 2 chairs in the room were low to the ground. Good location, breakfast was good. There was a mouse or rat in the wall at 2am that woke us up doing what it was doing in the bathroom wall!
