After an initial mix up at check-in the room we stayed in was excellent. On site parking was a little tight but we did get a space every night (there is free on street parking anyway so not really a problem). Room service and amenities supplied were excellent and it was one of the best value stays we have had. Road noise could be a bit of an issue if you're very sensitive to it but it did not keep us awake at all.

Garden rooms were old, without microwave and ac and stained carpet in first room. Luckily moved breakfast on Christmas Day was dire, served in a little cardboard box, a handful of muesli loose! Nice garden area and good to have games and picnic table and bbq area. Really disappointing breakfast given Christmas day A hand made tiny pot of yoghurt and milk(not even a sealed proper little one), 3 grapes, one slice of cheap loaf bread and a little pastry loose so all was stale anyway by the next morning. Kitchen was a mess. The "double" bed was two singles put together with a horrible lip in the middle. The showers will burn you when someone uses a toilet which is a massive foresight considering theres a bunch of showers and toilets in the bathroom.
