This brand new property built in Feb 2020 is offered to travelers who wish to explore the Christchurch City. Within walking distance, travelers are able to enjoy the modern living experience in Christchurch and enjoy look around the City Centre.
Everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay is provided.
Full kitchen, washing and drying facilities, comfortable beds, Sky TV, full WiFi Broadband, land line for local calls etc. There is a heat pump in the living area and house is fully insulated and double glazed keeping you nice and warm during winter.
The house has 3 bedrooms and each room has their own ensuite bathroom.
There is 2 rooms with a Queen bed and 1 room with two single bed. If you need additional bed, there is a sofa bed which can fit 2 more people.
There is one carpark available in front of the single garage (remote entry) and off street parking.
Smoking is allowed but outside only.
Suitable for businessman and small group of people.
