The water views and amenities, pool, docks, pier and peaceful atmosphere are about the best on Chincoteague. The hotel itself is getting older and weathered, however kept up pretty good considering. The rooms are also fresh and clean. The off-season prices are a great value.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Love the views! Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast was small but good quality. Loved the hot tub and also the use of the dock and picnic tables out back.

Beautiful view, but lacking a bit in handicapped accessibility. The room was beautiful, as well. It is also located a short drive (if handicapped) or a short walk from shops and restaurants. They have a heated outdoor pool, which was nice because it was a bit too cold to swim in the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a little older, but well maintained and clean. The location is as good as it gets on Chincoteague: we could walk downtown, and it was easy to drive into and out of. The staff was the best part though. Extremely friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home and took great care of us. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we get out to Chincoteague!
