High-end chalet with jacuzzi (May to September) near the beach - Chalet los tres pozos

The house is designed for families and quiet groups. Parties or noisy events are not allowed. In accordance with local regulations in Chiclana de la Frontera, disturbing the rest and tranquility of neighbors and passersby is prohibited, so noises that may cause disturbance during the night, from 23:00 to 7:00, are not permitted.



Just a few meters from the famous La Barrosa Beach, 7 km long, on the Costa de la Luz, the chalet is located in a quiet residential area and offers space for up to 10 people. The high-quality, tastefully furnished villa has, on two levels, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds) and two bathrooms. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, heating, fireplace, TV, cot, and high chair. The exterior features a well-kept Mediterranean garden, several covered and furnished terraces, barbecue, hot tub (available only from May to September and for an extra fee), and outdoor showers. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as a nearby tennis and golf club. The fine sandy beach is only 400 meters or a 6-minute walk away.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a family member to complete check-in. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
