Very clean hotel. Great breakfast spread. Has a small balcony and a loft sofa-ish reading area which can also be a place for 2 small children (below 10 years old) to sleep. Didn’t like the toilet because the wall is glass and can see through when the shade isn’t down (not sure why it is even designed this way). While the area is super convenient (next to Maya Shopping Mall and One Nimman), the area has a super vibrant nightlife and can be very noisy for long hours into the night.

Besides the fact that our room was not ready until 1800 (6pm!!!), we enjoyed everything else. We were comped the daily breakfast, which I think was a nice touch due to the room not being ready.

This is a nice hotel in a great location for Nimman. It has a great buffet breakfast and a pretty cool rooftop pool and the staff were great. The issue is that it is noisy here. It sits right on the busiest intersection in Chang Mai.

I’m from Texas! This is a great hotel in a safe popping location. The breakfast was solid and the rooms and room service was clean. Very close to the airport. Lots of amazing coffee shops and a food hall across the street. Some of the stuff around this hotel is a lot more expensive than most of chiang Mai; so just be aware. Highly recommended!!

Room was great. Enjoyed a good breakfast every day with different cooked options to choose from. If you need discreetness the hotel has the elevators to the rooms situated where you don’t go through the lobby which I thought was a nice touch. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Staff was wonderful as expected.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful especially Game. She went out of her way to help us plan activities, such as local markets, temples, visiting the elephant sanctuary, transportation, and much more! Our room was on the second floor and we had a view of One Nimman. The kids really enjoyed the pool and had tons of fun. The green tea waffles and red velvet pancakes for breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again, the experience was superb.

Breakfast area staff are very friendly, prefer more vegitarian option. Room service not quiet happy. Not enough tea milk option for two people. Stayed 4 nights didnt supply new sheets for bed. Reception is friedly but needs to be flexible in checkout for overseas visitors.
