A nice hidden gems

Chu Hotel is a small boutique hotel offers good value for money, walking distance from nigh bazaar and Chang Mai Old City. The hotel is at quiet site but throwing distance to many attractions. Room is huge, and comfort. Staff are friendly and warm.

Charm ten minutes from bustling riverside hotels

We stayed for five nights at the Chu Hotel, far from the noise of the city but a mere ten minute walk to the night bazaar and Anantara Hotel. I can’t say enough about the charm of this boutique hotel. The rooms are oversized, beds comfortable and service with a smile. It felt like a great holiday. Will definitely book here again.

High class Chiang Mai on a medium budget

Great place in new condition. Staff very polite and service like a five star resort. There is a buffet AND made to order from the menu breakfast included in the breakfast service. Breakfast was quite good. Especially the salad and the fruit which are grown locally and "farm to table". I strongly recommend the salad bar for anybody that has not experienced the "farm to table" freshness of vegetables that are ripe picked as opposed the city vegetables that are picked before ripening and ripen on the way to market. Night market and "walking street" markets are a short walk for nightime activities, as is the indoor market. We shopped the local tour guides for the "whitewater rafting", mountain, Chiang Rai, and river cruise. I recommend all but the Chiang Rai tours.

Fantastic stay in Chiangmai

Absolutely fantastic stay with Chu hotel, an area where the tranquil and peacefulness wash away your tiredness. My family love the hospitality Chu hotel offer :) It would be best the lobby could have fresh water for guest who enjoy sitting at the sofa area. :)

Wonderful Hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet place which feels so relax and safe, easy to acess to crowded city life within few mins walking distance. Near Ping River and Iron Bridge. What a amazing location, simple but more than enough breakfast, nice and polite staff without any disturbance, I stay there 4N3D, can’t wait to book another stay on 2 to 6 Aug. Chiangmai, I will be back because of Chu Hotel!

One of the best hotel in town.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and upgraded my one bedroom straight to a two bedrooms unit without needing me to check out and checkin the next day as per my original booking. One suggestion for the management is to install an exhaust fan in the washroom. Cheers.

This hotel might be good gor foreigner esp. Chinese, but as we are Thai, maid not show sign of greeting to us such as sawasdee when we walk pass through them which this is not familiar to Thai people. Room is clean, quiet and comfort, good air-con for a good sleep. Breakfast with limited choice but it was ok for me.

The BEST hotel, ever!

Our stay at the CHU hotel was more than we could ever imagine. The staff was great and went above and beyond for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is located on a quiet street and it’s close to most touristic areas. The breakfast is delicious. The grounds are green and airy and the rooms and simply decorated. It was more spacious than we imagined. We will definitely be back to that hotel and will recommend it to anyone I know who will visit Chiang Mai! It is very much worth every penny spent.

The stuff is just amazing, the breakfast was delicious, severla option to choose, they even upgrade us because of our honeymoon. All clean. They even hook us up the Elephant and Chiang Rai tour, at great prices. We stayed more nights!!!
