The staff from check-in throughout the whole trip was amazing and the hotel was very clean as well as the room. The beds were very comfortable as well. Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

This hotel left my door open for ten hours with all my stuff in it. And they did nothing to make up for it. And I never ask for anything. The hot water takes ten minutes to get warm in the shower. And as a side note, they pretty much hinted they have illegals working there. That usually isn’t my business but time to make a phone call. Really dumb business decisions.

The Hotel and the room itself was a mess. Bad odor. The staff was singing really loud early in the morning and was rude . Some towels had stains of blood same as the couch had a big stains of who knows what. I asked for extra blankets and was told there was none

I have to say location to things is great. Customer service is okay. Rooms need to be updated and cleaned completely as we had to move rooms with a baby. First room bugs in windows area, dirt around bed area, and musty smelling in room, no working refrigerator. Second room, smelt like cigarette smoke, also the musty smell, and on top of it our second night started smelling like something was on fire and looked out window to smoke from fire pit area pulling into our room. Very concerning with our little baby and if she wakes up sick smelling it. The only advice front desk advised was move rooms however get this 900pm and our baby is asleep. I asked the curfew and they said we'll 10pm. This place needs to be considerate of families and locations of stuff and if its happening maybe that curfew time needs to change. So let's just say we hope our child doenst wake up sick from this as we cant just move for the 3rd time waking our baby up. Disappointed as pictures dont compare to actually staying here. To be honest, I would like to have a refund for this and the headache having to move rooms all to deal with more complaints in the second room with a baby.

Staff was nice but had to try to find a front desk attendant both checking in and out. Room looked clean, but smell old and musty. There was a hole in the sink. 3 electrical outlets didn’t work. Breakfast was limited, but ok. Needs updating very badly. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Good choices for continental. The hall and our room smelled terrible. The first night was the worst. I paid $421 for 2 nights. Not at all worth $200/ night. I thought it would be better.
