Enjoy privacy and seclusion above the fray on the second story, a private rooftop deck, and 30+ independent, locally owned restaurants, bars, galleries and venues within a ten-minute walk.

The historic Chattanooga Choo Choo complex is right across the intersection and visible from your kitchen window.

There’s a loading zone right next to the building and a free dedicated parking spot in a lot just across the intersection, ~200’ from the rental.
