A lovely property with a wonderful pool
This is a really characterful house which has been very tastefully modernised, but it does present a few challenges.
The house is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower rooms more than adequate with excellent water pressure. The covered balcony is a wonderful place to sit in the shade and there are lots of other areas to sit in either sun or shade around the property. The pool is glorious with lovely views over the surrounding countryside and plenty of loungers. There is a fridge beside the pool if you want to be able to keep cool drinks right to hand.
There are a couple of drawbacks to the property which I don't think are fully obvious from the pictures. The drop from the road down to the parking area is very steep and, if your car has low clearance, you won't be able to take it down. We couldn't and that leaves you with a very steep walk followed by some very irregular steps between the car and the house. The pool is also a fairly steep walk with irregular steps from the house, so you can't just pop out of the house and into the pool. The upstairs bedroom really does have low headroom; I am 161cm tall and could only stand upright right around the bed so I did hit my head quite a few times.
However, if you are fit and can cope with these minor issues, this is a lovely property in a lovely area. And the area as a whole is very well equipped if you drive an electric car; we had no problems at all with charging.
