It was a beautiful place and the staff was so helpful. It was nice to do our sightseeing during the day then in the evening we had lots of options for dinner within walking distance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rodd Charlottetown. The suite was exactly as described and pictured—beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself is charming and welcoming, with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The staff were warm and friendly, adding to the overall experience. Our suite truly made our visit feel extra special. We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in Charlottetown!

Rooms were very hot and the air conditioning did not work well. Lights were very bright in some areas of the room and dark in others. It was clean but no breakfast provided and what they called a king bed was very small.

Hôtel was just with a convention so had no available parking for hotel guests until much later that day. Some school was having an event and were booked on our floor, creating noisy kids and slamming doors. Room was small and cramped and who puts a toilette right up against a wall??

Air conditioning didn’t work great and our room reached 26 degrees some nights. Didn’t realize the beds were double beds and not queen size. Pretty hard for two people to fit even though we’re both thin. Dining staff were very friendly and the food is amazing.

I have stayed at Rodd Charlottetown many times. The service is always top notch. The renovations are bringing this gem bqck to its former glory. My room can be described as elegant. It is fit for a manor house. I cannot wait to return and see the progress. There was no disturbance from the renos. Well done!
