Unwind in a newly built, thoughtfully designed, traditional East Coast style home, ideally located in downtown Charlottetown, and just a short walk to the Waterfront. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, cozy backyard dining area, open concept living and three comfortable bedrooms. This is the ideal home for taking in Charlottetown and all the Island has to offer!

The Sugarberry House was built right in the heart of an historic neighbourhood in the city centre.  The main floor boasts a spacious living room with a fireplace and sliding doors to the walk out patio. There’s a bright, new open-plan kitchen with a cooking island, so the chef will never feel separated from conversations; a dining room; a cozy reading den and a half bath on the ground floor. For a little personal down time, there is both cable and Netflix.

The second floor has three well-appointed, comfortable bedrooms.  Two of them feature queen beds. The master bedroom has cable television and Netflix. A third bedroom is set up with twin beds.  All beds have high quality mattresses and linens and the rooms have good storage for your clothes. The full bathroom on this floor also conveniently houses a washer and dryer.

Enjoy comfortable temperatures and filtered air year round. This home is equipped with AC on both levels and an air exchanger throughout.

There is a lovely front porch and also a back deck set up for you to enjoy outdoor dining on warm summer days and evenings. It features a barbecue, table, chairs and umbrella, all conveniently near the kitchen and just a step down to the garden.

This house is located in the coveted heritage area of downtown Charlottetown on historic Hillsborough Square Park, one of the oldest squares in Charlottetown, designed and completed in 1771.

Excellent location. Great property. Wonderful host, kind, quick and responsive. All amenities as expected and then some, very nice there was even little surprises for our kids as well. Overall it was an excellent stay.
