It is a new property with an unusual entry in the back of the building. There are no designated spots near the entry to unload your vehicle. When we arrived all the spots near the front door were taken and we had to take a cart through the handicapped parking to our vehicle. Although they have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby you have to request a coffee maker if you want one in your room.

Excellent experience. This place is spotless - from the lobby to the elevator to the rooms themselves. The staff was very friendly. I have never been to an extended stay place before and was kind of worried. I am VERY impressed with this place. If I could, I'd give it more stars.

This is a new hotel that opened in May of this year and still had that new construction smell. Lol. There are no great views here, but the hotel has easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants, and only a short distance from Rt. 29. My 3rd floor King room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a 2 night stay, with a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, a microwave, and the necessary kitchen items avaliable. Coffee is available all day and it has a limited continental breakfast with muffins, fruit, yogurt, and granola bars. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made my whole experience more enjoyable.

The building is brand new and very clean. Great value for your money. The only thing that would have been nice is the option to open the window. As I said, the building is new, and it smells a bit chemical in the room, which would have been nice to ventilate out.

The hotel has only been open since the Spring, so it is in pristene condition. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The room and beds were very comforrable. The room we had has a fairly tall tub and therefore may pose a slip and fall hazard for some guests. An easy and inexpensive fix would be to install a grab bar.

I was surprised that the kitchenware was not in the room when I checked in, but am pleased with the innkeeper addressing eco-friendly concerns by providing the Kitchenware of choice at check in. If the hotel leaves the Kitchenware in the room, the hotel has to fully wash the dishes and utensils between each guest, regardless whether the dishes and utensils were used by the guest. Having everything available upon request saves a lot of dishwashing water and soap. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
