Front Desk Staff was personable & kindly allowed early check in. Key cards did not work, but help in rectifying. Stomping noises from above floor at 2AM. No dishes, cutlery or dish soap for extended stay? No coffee maker in room. Minimal shampoo, soap. Ample Towels. Most disappointing-no coffee at 7:45AM and no offer to replenish urn!! No hard boiled eggs presented as described when checked in. Would not recommend nor stay again.

The property was brand new. Very clean, well kept and maintained thus far. The check in was not friendly nor was the morning staff very hospitable. It was Christmas!!! Have a smile, some cheer, or at least a hello.

Heather assisted me during check-in and checkout. Both processes were seamless and ran smoothly. Heather went above and beyond. I LOVED the hot water that was immediately available when the sink and shower were turned on...unlike many big brand hotels I have stayed in where it needs to "warm up." The beds were comfortable. We checked in late on a cold night, but our room quickly warmed up once we turned the heat on. I have two suggestions: 1) Please keep the grab-n go bar running until 11 AM, at least coffee, if not the food items. Then folks could still get coffee after 9:30 am and before lunch. 2) Perhaps, adjust checkout to 12 PM. An hour more to enjoy this brand new hotel would be welcomed by guests. I love that it's so close to restaurants and retail shopping. I traveled two hours to Charlottesville for a medical procedure. The hotel was a comfort in the overnight process of events. I would definitely stay here again.

Spotless room. First floor noisy. I usually don’t stay on the first floor but it was pretty loud to keep me up since 5 am. Not a lot of sound proofing as the rooms above me sounds like an upstairs in a house. I do like these but will request upper floors next time. I’ve stayed at another one last month & liked it so I will give it another chance.
