Siéntese en el porche cubierto y disfrute de la excelente vista del lago, o diríjase al muelle para pescar o nadar. ¡Trae tu bote y pasa tus días en el agua! El área de Charlotte tiene muchas atracciones, como el Charlotte Motor Speedway y otras atracciones de carreras, juegos de fútbol de los Panthers, juegos de baloncesto de los Hornets, conciertos, museos y más. El espacio:
La casa de huéspedes fue pintada, tiene muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos, productos electrónicos y más.

La habitación es espaciosa y tranquila, con un gran armario y vestidores y una televisión de alta gama.

Acceso de invitado:

Hay una cubierta más baja al lado de la casa de huéspedes donde los huéspedes pueden acceder a su propia parrilla de gas privada. El muelle está disponible para todos los huéspedes para nadar y pescar en cualquier momento. Mi familia también usa el dock, así que este es un espacio compartido. Se ofrece un pase de barco (no cubierto) para huéspedes con barcos de 25 pies o menos. Los botes deberán ser lanzados en una rampa pública para botes cercana, que está a solo cuatro millas de distancia por tierra y cruzando la ensenada por agua. El estacionamiento está disponible al lado de la casa de huéspedes para hasta dos vehículos. Absolutely Beautiful view

The property was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The screened in Porch looking over Lake Norman was perfect for morning coffee with the sun and happy hour wine with the setting sun

Weekend getaway

Loved being on a cove. Very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed fishing and reading on the deck. Very clean and enjoyed all of the amenities. Would like to come back next year.

Quiet, private get away spot

Overall, we thought this place was ok. Tons of space in the updated, clean guest home. Only concern inside was that the sleeping area in the bedroom seemed really stuffy. The ceiling fan was way across the room. Outdoor spaces were more neglected and rustic. We enjoyed being outside though on the patio and dock, although they could be better maintained. Wear shoes on the dock. Close proximity to stores and boat rentals. The cove is very quiet, water is very deep so bring floats/life jackets for swimming. Hosts live on site and although they never really interacted with us, they were responsive when we had issues or questions.

Beautiful location on the lake

We could not have enjoyed our weekend at Lake Norman more. We were attending a wedding and this little guest house was the perfect place to spend our downtime. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with a perfect screened in porch overlooking the lake. Serenity. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning.

This guest house was just as described. Very clean, excellent location! Sitting on the screened in porch was the best, even during a hurricane. We didn’t have the best weather, but still enjoyed our stay very much. Thank goodness it didn’t rain during the football game. I would definitely stay again.

2022 lake vacation

We were vacationing with our 2 daughters and their families who were staying at a different location. There were 11 of us altogether. Great little getaway

Jeff’s guesthouse is absolutely gorgeous. Jeff was so helpful and kind. He met us at checkin and helped us get inside and showed us around. The space is incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented kayaks from Jeff and enjoyed exploring the cove and surrounding areas. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the wildlife. The night before we left, Jeff blew the leaves off the area where we loaded up which was a pleasant surprise. We can’t wait to come back. Relaxing Summer Vacation at the Lake

Jeff is a fantastic host! He greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. Although this coach house is above the garage and near the main house, you have complete privacy. It is perfect for a couple’s getaway. We brought our own kayaks, but Jeff had some available to rent for below market price. We were able to use their dock, located in a private cove on Lake Norman. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake! The view from the rental facing the lake is quite lovely! We liked sitting on the screened in porch. Our only complaint is that the porch does not have a door. Despite the citronella candle provided, the mosquitoes still got onto the porch in the evenings. The place was very clean. We used the grill a couple of times and were able to eat many meals from the rental with the full fridge, oven, and toaster, etc. It was nice to have a desk as I had to (unfortunately) log in to work a few times. The Internet is a decent speed, but a bit slower when 2 people are on since you share with the host. We would definitely come back- I picked the place and my husband said he was quite pleased with my choice.

Great Stay!

This is a fantastic property to stay at, no complaints at all. Very clean, comfortable, included all necessities, and the location and view were wonderful. This was our first time booking through Vrbo and it was so much better than a hotel, worth every penny! We hope to stay here again in the future and take advantage of the lake more.

This place is awesome! I was looking for a hotel room and found this cute little cabin on Lake Norman. The cabin is super cute, clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has everything I would need to stay there long term! The owner is friendly and assessable. I walked down to the dock and enjoyed the water everyday I was there. Hope to stay here again! Way better than a hotel. Close to shopping and eating.
