Reservation confirmed place wasn’t ready

I booked a trip to Charlotte for may 16-19th on may 3rd and it was confirmed. Money was taken out of account. I arrived in Charlotte after serval attempts to contact the owner with no luck prior. Finally Vrbo gave me his number and he told me the place was not ready and would not be ready in time 45 min after my check in time leaving me and my party with out a place to stay DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PERSON
