Good size kitchen that's fully stocked with free amenities. Laundry room with free laundry detergent, laundry sheets and more. No shared spaces! No need to meet the host. You can check-in w/ key code & check-out. Located 15 min. from Davidson College & 35 minutes from uptown Charlotte & minutes from I-77.

The Space:
High end finishes, comfortable bedding with high thread count sheets and pillows. Brand new Stainless Steel Kenmore appliances, dishes, towels, and more. Washer/dryer in unit is free to use with laundry detergent. Coffee machine with stocked amenities included. Completely separate unit with its own entrance....no shared space!

Overnight stay

Quiet area. Regularly maintained property. Everything as described was accurate. Host/hostess was courteous via messaging. Stayed here because it was so close to Carrigan Farms which was a wonderful way to kick off a holiday.
