Excellent place to stay

I booked here for a weekend conference in Charlotte with. A large group of friends, the house was clean and spacious and the location was great. I would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Nice place, convenient to campus

The house was nice and comvenient to campus. The communication with the owners was very good as there were two things we needed to communicate to them and they were quick to respond. In terms of the house inclusions I would recommend a couple of things for the owner to review: pots, pans and baking sheets are old and not in great shape. The house could also use some additional cutlery. And, finally, some additional throw blankets would be nice for when you’re watching TV.Overall, the house was exactly what we wanted and expected.

Best VRBO ever

This property is excellent. Close to campus. The communication with the host was outstanding. Very accommodating of last minute requests. Perfect for my elderly frail mother in law!! Definitely staying here again.

Nice property but……

The only complaint I have about the property is that the mattresses were horrible. Way to soft for anyone to get a decent nights rest. Aside from that, the property was clean, easy to find, the rules were posted and easy to follow and the communication with the host was spectacular. Change the mattresses and you’ll have a winner.

The stay was ok, however the property could do with some up keeping such as new paint on the doors and stair railings. Alll in all the area was perfect and communication with the property manager was great. The house just needs some maintenance done.

Family reunion

Great stay for my family! Location was far from my medical conference downtown( my fault) and 3 of the 6 nights, we heard gunshots at midnight and 3 am which disrupted our sleep. There were plenty of rooms but after that, my kids refused to sleep in their own rooms and I slept with one eye open. Suggest owner investigate this with neighbors and police.

Christmas 2021 in Charlotte. NC

Had a great time celebrating the holidays in college downs. 5 bedroom 3 1/2 baths was roomy enough for our family. The bedroom and bath on the first floor was perfect access for our parents. Location was close enough to grocery store and restaurants. The train to downtown was on the UNCC property which was close To our vRbo if you didn’t want to drive. Quiet neighborhood easily accessible for Uber. There was an outdoor deck to enjoy the unseasonably warm weather. Enjoyed our stay over the holidays

Thanksgiving

So straightforward. The house was everything the owner described and terrific for our family Thanksgiving away from home. Seven adults and two children stayed there very comfortably and six others staying or living elsewhere in Charlotte joined us for our holiday meal there. It worked out perfectly.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and spacious enough. My family enjoyed our stay. Ryley was very responsive to my texts. The house is located in a quiet community right across the street from the college so food and shopping were very close. Looking forward to staying again in the future.
