I understood when I checked in that housekeeping would only come every other day, but we did not have any room service that I saw for our room during our visit. I was there for my son’s wedding along with several other family members, and I expected to have service for towels and cleanup.

Very Grateful

The entire staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Breakfast Service) were very friendly and polite! We travel and use hotels sometimes for business or personal travel. This particular trip was for a family funeral. This location (Belmont/Charlotte NC) was staffed with such a nice crew! You don't always see or get this high level of service (whether same chain or not). Keep up the great work and please pass on to the entire staff we much appreciated and enjoyed them!
