This property needs to be a 2 star hotel sadly. The front desk personnel was courteous that was my only bright spot. The property seemed like they shrunk everything down to fit it in. Starting at the lobby all the way to the rooms. Halls were narrow, bathroom including the television in room was no more than 24”. The fridge door was barely attached. The pillows had absolutely no fill in them. This was an overpriced mediocre hotel to say the least. Needs a def upgrade !

Overall not a bad stay for a quick stop between Ohio and Florida. Room was clean and made up. Did a bed check and all clear from any sort of bugs that I could see. The room that I had was a conjoined room with another, I wish that would've been specified upon purchase as the others people next to use were not quiet at all and every bit of sound was coming through those conjoined doors. Bed was made up very nice but fairly uncomfortable.

The staff is nice and very friendly, we've stayed at this location previously. We revisited because of initial experience. This time around the room smelled like someone may have smoked in it and the bathroom and toilet (poop residue) wasn't properly cleaned. We checked in very late at night and didn't notice bathroom until the following morning when getting out of shower and because we were checking out that morning we didn't bother to complain.
