This amazing Elizabeth 3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom bungalow was completely redone in 2021 by professional design firm Studio3B to embrace the Elizabeth/Uptown lifestyle while bringing life (and creativity) to this original 1920’s bungalow. All of the modern amenities abound in this luxury home from custom quartz countertops in the new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and Roku Smart TVs throughout.

The living room boasts a unique style, centered around the original (non-functioning) fireplace, with ample seating for the entire family. The dining room, featuring an elegant papered ceiling, comfortably seats eight—perfect for hosting memorable family dinners. The modernized kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to craft your favorite meals (guests are encouraged to bring their preferred spices and extras).

The secondary living space provides flexibility, whether you’re setting up for a work video call or relaxing at the bar countertop while chatting with the family cooks. Adjacent to this space is the screened-in porch with a cozy gas-burning fireplace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in comfort.

The master bedroom suite is a stunning retreat, featuring designer touches from Studio3B Interiors. The king-size green velvet bed and curated local artwork create a space that’s both luxurious and inviting. The suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom complete with his-and-her vanities, a Clawfoot tub, and a large walk-in shower. Lovely location

The house was very lovely and felt large, offering lots of comfortable seating areas and allowing our family to spread out. The location is terrific with easy access to 7th St in Elizabeth as well as Plaza Midwood.
